I'm grateful for Bill Kuhn’s amazing skills and personality over almost 20 years I've known him. In 1997 Bill helped me finance the wonderful condo I still love living in and call home! In considering a home refinance there’s nothing more daunting than when it comes time to look for a responsible mortgage service company. It’s been my experience that they all promise friendly and expedient service with the lowest interest rates. But, when the opportunity arises they never seem to provide the services as promised. About 15 years ago I was considering obtaining a home refinance and who I should contact. Well, I took the advice of a good friend and immediately called Bill Kuhn at Advantage Mortgage Service. After talking to him for a few moments I felt at ease as I found him to be very cordial and knowledgeable as he explained what services they provide and what information was required from me before they could start the loan process. No high pressure here at all. The information was sent to him and within a couple of days I was contacted and told the papers were ready for my signature. Julie Lucas, office manager, processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Within a few days she contacted me stating I had loan approval and what the timeframe would be to finalize the loan process. During the process period Julie took that extra effort to contact me to advise me as to the progress of the loan, etc. Within three to four weeks everything was finalized.

We have the best mortgage specialist with Advantage Mortgage Service. We have processed a few loans with them and they are always so helpful at explaining every document and detail. They make every step of our loan process very easy and understandable. They were there for us and anything we needed from the beginning to the end. In a short amount of time we received excellent rates on our new loans. We highly recommend them.
